We at J & R Technical Services offer many types of queues to work with you:
1) ADVANCE SWAP where we send you the equipment and you test it on your machine to make sure it works. You have a certain amount of time to return your broken item before we charge you a "replacement" fee.
2) RUSHable or RUSH / EXPEDITE is where you pay an additional fee on top of the repair cost and as soon as it arrives at our warehouse it will go in front of the next engineer. Barring any unforeseen circumstances they will repair and you should have the work order back in your hands within a week to week and half depending on our delivery service and your location.
3) REPAIR or NORMAL QUEUE is where you send your items to our warehouse and it works it way through the queue upon arrival in line to get to the top of the line to be worked on. Queues throughout the year on average are about 4 weeks but can be as short as 3 weeks depending on the time of the year.

MCBs are located at the bottom of your treadmill to run the drive motor.
LCBs is a general term for the lower board at the bottom of the machine. It will deliver power throughout and when this becomes unstable can cause various issues. No display, no input, etc.
VSDs (Variable Speed Drives), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), IFTs (Integrated Footprint Technology) & AC Drive modules are the latest tech used to run treadmills. The predecessor to the MCB and LCBs of the past these units pack a powerful punch of software and hardware.
ACBs are located at the bottom of alternator controlled bikes, steppers and ellipticals. When these are malfunctioning you will see power issues and issues with intensity/duration of your workout!
GCBs are located at the bottom of self powered generator controlled bikes, steppers and ellipicals. When these are malfunctioning you will see power issues and issues with intensity/duration.
UPCA is the upper electronics located behind the interactive keypad. Over the years we have seen various problems. No power, sweat, corrosion, heart rate issues and other intermittent issues. We have an extensive inventory of software for all major brands.
Embedded Touchscreen Consoles are the new preferred user interface in the fitness industry. Sleek and complicated these can cause all types of weird issues when failing. We offer repairs as well as test/calibration options for these units
PVS (Personal Viewing Systems), EPEM (Embedded Personal Entertainment Monitor), PEM (Personal Entertainment Monitor) These used to be "optional" and now they are "essential" in keeping your customers happy.
