J & R Technical Services, Inc., (hereafter referred to collectively as "J&R") are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using jandrtx.com and fitnesselectronicsrepair.com (hereafter referred to collectively as "jandrtx.com"). This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information received about you when you visit jandrtx.com.

Information We Collect
General: When you register via contact form and at other times, we will collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, address, e-mail address, credit-card number (later when payment is due) and facts about your workout equipment. We do not, however, knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.
Surveys: We may conduct occasional online surveys. For example, when you're within our Web site, you may see a pop-up window offering you the optional opportunity of participating in a survey. These surveys are entirely voluntary and you may easily decline to participate.
Web Site Usage Information: We do not knowingly collect IP addresses and Web site usage information from you when you visit our Web site. This is done however via our host and Google. They collect this to tell us how many visitors per month have looked at the site and subpages. J&R Ads
At the moment we do not have Ads on our Web Site. However should this change when you view an ad for J&R on other sites, our third party advertising company may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. J&R and its advertising company may also use Web beacons (invisible images often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) to note which J&R pages you visit after viewing our ads. The information that is collected through the use of these images is not personally identifiable and is used only to track response to our advertising efforts.

These Text / SMS / WhatsApp Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who has agreed to receive text / SMS / WhatsApp messages by or on behalf of J & R Technical Services, Inc.
(1) Customer Services and Transactional Notifications:
By providing your phone number as part of a sign-up form or other application via a phone call to J & R, email with your phone number, text via WhatsApp, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams or any form of communication you agree opt-in and to receive recurring text messages from J & R Technical Services for transactional notifications and customer service related to your possible and / or work order / invoice / follow-up or any matters with J & R. You also agree that we may contact you at your mobile number via SMS, text. We do not use or employ and auto dialer. All SMS, text, and phone calls originate and have a person at the other end of the transmission. You do not have to agree have to respond via SMS or text if you wish to communicate via email, TEAMS, Google Chat or other methods. However we do need some form of communication and can’t solely rely on the phone to get approval or information about your possible and / or work order. Message and data rates may apply to any message sent to you from us and to us from you. You can opt-out of transactional notifications and customer service text messages at any time by texting STOP to 954-578-0900. After you send the STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have unsubscribed.
(2) Promotional Text Messages:
By providing your phone number as part of a sign-up form or other application, you agree to receive recurring mobile marketing and promotional text messages from J&R about our products and services (e.g., events, special offers and promotions). You also agree that we may contact you at your mobile number via SMS and / or text, and by other means. Message and data rates may apply to any message sent to you from us and to us from you. You can opt-out of marketing and promotional text messages at any time by texting STOP to 954-578-0900. After you send the STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. As of this updated writing, August 24, 2025 we have not done so in the past, nor do we plan on doing promotional text messages but things may change in the future. Frequency of messages will vary. J & R cannot guarantee that text messages provided through your wireless carrier will be delivered to you. J & R and the mobile carriers are not liable to you for any delayed or undelivered text messages. Currently all promotion and newsletters are done via emails.
